Studio Policies

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on classes, memberships, packages, or retail purchases.


Grip Socks Required

Grip socks are required for all Lagree classes for safety and hygiene. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio, or you may bring your own.


No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

A $25 no-show fee will be charged to your account for any missed class. A no-show will also result in the loss of a Drop-In class. A $20 late cancellation fee will be charged for classes canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time. A $65 late cancellation fee for Private Classes or Private Group Classes canceled within 12 hours of scheduled start time.


Arrival & Late Entry Policy

Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive 5 minutes or more after class start time may forfeit their spot to a waitlisted client and may not be permitted to enter class. This policy is strictly enforced for safety and to minimize class disruption.


Auto-Renewal Membership Agreement

This Auto-Renewal Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Lagree South Lake Tahoe (“Studio”) and the individual purchasing a membership (“Member”) as of the date of purchase.


1. Membership Term

By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, the Member agrees to a minimum consecutive monthly billing cycles.


2. Automatic Renewal

Following the initial three-month commitment, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless properly canceled in accordance with this membership agreement.


3. Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be canceled after the initial three-month, six-month, or 12-month commitment. To avoid renewal charges, Members must submit a cancellation request via email to info@lagreesouthlake.com at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal and billing for the subsequent month.


4. Billing & Payment Authorization

Membership fees are billed automatically to the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. By enrolling, the Member authorizes recurring charges and agrees to maintain valid payment information.


5. Non-Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named Member.


6. Membership Changes

Lagree South Lake Tahoe reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with prior notice, as permitted by California law.


7. Membership Freezes

Members may request a membership freeze by emailing info@lagreesouthlake.com at least 14 days prior to the desired freeze date. A $15 monthly freeze fee applies. Freeze availability and duration are subject to studio approval.


8. Termination by Studio

Lagree South Lake Tahoe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for non-payment, violation of studio policies, or behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.


By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these studio policies and membership terms.
