WHAT IS THE LAGREE METHOD?

The Lagree Method is a highly effective workout designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles with maximum efficiency and minimal impact. It targets the muscles intensely while remaining gentle on the joints, connective tissue, and spine.


Expect to shake, sweat, and feel the burn—Lagree is challenging on the muscles but safe and sustainable for the body. Each workout combines proven strength-training movements like planks, lunges, squats, and push-ups with signature Lagree exercises such as Super Lunge, Catfish, and Scrambled Eggs.


Built around eight core principles known as the Magic 8, every class varies in intensity to continually challenge the body and drive real physical transformation through positive adaptation.
